Gilman's Vintage Cheddar is the sharp version of their premium American produced from aged cheddar which gives it a bolder taste and a flavor that bursts on your tongue! It is a "Shelf Stable Cheese" which does not require refrigeration until opened. Shaped into triangle. Lasts up to 12 months. Do not freeze. Best if stored at cooler temperatures below 72 degrees.
